You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary permissions to use and authorize us to use your submitted content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit to our Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

HoaxHound does not warrant that:

8. Service Accuracy and Limitations

• Cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in identifying all scams or legitimate emails

• May not catch sophisticated or novel scam techniques

You acknowledge these limitations and agree to use your own judgment in addition to our Service when making decisions about email legitimacy.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
